As of December 31, 2019, Envoy is now closed.

It has been one of the great privileges of our careers to have made a positive difference in the lives of our clients - including so many families, seniors, people with disabilities and caregivers - for over 7 years.

We are also truly grateful to have had the opportunity to work with our wonderful community of amazing, caring Envoys.

We will miss you, and we wish you the very best for new beginnings in the coming decade.

Warmly,

The Envoy Team

From Clients

“So sad to see you go. Hello Envoy has been a lifesaver and have given excellent service. My Dad passed away two and a half years ago and my Mom no longer drives... It’s allowed my Mom to continue to live independently. Many thanks to each of your team members.” - Elaine

“Dear Envoy I’m sorry to hear this news! I have benefitted from Envoy for many years—maybe since the beginning of the service. It’s been great. I wish it could continue. Thank you!” - Jeanne D.

“My mother Maggie was very impressed with Antoinette’s courtesy and kindness. She told me she looked forward to seeing her again.” - Mark S.

“Oh my goodness what a sweet thing it is when Javonnah comes on Thursdays. She knows everything I want. She even gave me a big hug tonight cause I was feeling low. I’m going to have back surgery soon and despair a bit. She’s always sunny and happy!! Just love her!!!” - Mary D.

“Everything got done beautifully and couldn’t have been better. I also had a lot of fun talking to Caroline! Thank you very much!” - Dominga T.

“This is the best customer service I have ever experienced from my subscription-based memberships...Thank you so much!” - Jen S.

“I will truly miss the wonderful service you have provided me for the past couple of years. I will miss the weekly visits from my personal Envoys, James and Susan. They became more like friends and were so dependable. I will miss them.” - Shirley L.

“Patricia always does a fantastic job with my mother Gloria. My mother considers Patricia a friend. Patricia will always notify me if there are any questions regarding what my mother says since her memory is failing. She is truly a God send.” - Gloria H.

“I had lots of fun and can’t wait to play a bit more with my Envoy next time. Not being able to play some games on my iPhone due to my visual impairment is one of the frustrations I experience from time to time and even though it’s not essential to keeping me alive, it does provide me with emotional fulfillment and a leisure activity, so I really appreciate that I was able to do this today. Thank you!” - Tiffany K.

“This experience was great. It was much more than I expected. Not only was Chelsea professional, she was warm and super accommodating. I definitely will use this service again and again. Thanks Envoy.” -Ortaga C.

“Sarah was fantastic! Friendly, professional, and compassionate regarding my disability issues. Looking forward to having her as an Envoy again!” - Christopher S.

I am sure that everyone that I deal with will be extremely disappointed as well. One of the things that I love most about Envoy is the great support from the team. I will miss that and interacting with all of you.” - Holly
